PetCare+ is a personal pet health and daily record management app.
The app allows users to manage pet-related information such as:
- Vaccination records
- Feeding logs
- Weight tracking
- Grooming reminders
- Photo diaries
- Voice notes
PetCare+ is a lifestyle utility tool and does not provide medical diagnosis,
veterinary treatment, or professional healthcare advice.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using PetCare+, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the app.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record.
- You are responsible for all photos, voice recordings, and notes stored in the app.
- You agree not to use the app for unlawful or harmful purposes.
- You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the app.
4. Local Storage
PetCare+ is designed as a local-first application.
Most pet records and diary content are stored locally on your device.
Removing the app from your device may permanently delete locally stored data.
Please back up your device regularly if needed.
5. In-App Purchases
PetCare+ may provide optional consumable in-app purchases such as Paw Coins.
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store.
- All billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Virtual items have no real-world cash value.
6. Permissions
The app may request access to the following system permissions:
- Camera — for pet photos
- Photo Library — for selecting images
- Microphone — for voice diary recordings
- Notifications — for reminders
- Tracking Permission (ATT) — if applicable
You may disable permissions anytime in iOS Settings.
7. Disclaimer
PetCare+ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The app should not be used as a replacement for professional veterinary advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Loss of pet records or diary content
- Device-related data loss
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Issues caused by third-party services or Apple systems
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
